SuspendedAppeal

What you see: the profile is gone from Maps, and Business Profile shows "Suspended" with an appeal button. You are still the owner.

Fix: one appeal, with documents, in plain language: what changed and when.

Do not open a new profile while you wait. That is treated as a duplicate.

Claimed by someone elseOwnership request

What you see: Dana's login no longer lists the profile, or a new owner appeared in the change monitor. The profile may still be live on Maps.

Fix: request ownership from the profile on Maps. Google gives the other account a few days to answer; if it does not, or refuses, you can appeal with the same documents.

An appeal on a profile you no longer own does not help.

One appeal rule

Google reviews one appeal per suspension. A second appeal on the same case is usually ignored, so the first must be complete.

We draft the "what changed and when" note from the change monitor, for example: "Thu 29 Oct, Google changed Saturday hours. No edits by us since Mon 5 Oct."

You send the appeal. We do not file it for you.
